..::Blogging Guidelines (Reflection) for Content Rules::..

Guidelines/Tips for blogging

1. Define your purpose - My first post defines my purpose of this blog. I want to reflect on technology in the fitness/health world.

2. Set a reliable schedule - I've been using outlook to design an organize plan for when im going to post. That way I know what needs to be said, and when I should post.

3. Mix it up - I've been trying to hit different aspects of technology, fitness, and health, I plan to keep researching and mix it up much more.

4. Move beyond the written word

5. Size matters - I went back and made sure that my text was big enough. Reading this guideline made me contemplate the blog appearance much more.

6. Learn how to write killer headlines - I'm going to try and always have relevant titles for my posts. I want people to read my posts, therefore I will be going back and changing the titles. Hopefully I can make them more appealing for the reader.

7. Design is important - I've used the editing options on Blogger to update my blog's appearance. I definitely agree that design is important for everything.

8. Create Momentum

9. Consider comment moderation - I've read all the information on the warning of comment moderation. It helped me prepare and plan for my future comments. Now I realize that I build on the conversation, while eliminating the useless comments. In order to do that I'm coming up with a schedule plan of when I'll review my comments.

10. Categorize and tag everything - My posts have relevant titles associated with them. I'm also going to try and develop a system for tags so people can easily spot me. I will also stay organized so that everything can stay more categorized and clear.

11. Write the way you speak - I've been posting and talking the same way I normally would. If you read you will notice my opinions on things. I'm trying to voice things exactly how I feel.

12. Don't overthink
