Monitoring your Fitness!

There are many different types of technology you can use. The ones I'm referring too are the heart rate monitor, and the well known Pedometer. Heart rate monitors help you keep track of workouts and change them accordingly. That way you can fully customize your fitness, while improving your methods. Another great technology tool for fitness is a Pedometer. A Pedometer lets you measure how far you ran, walked, or biked, and store a record of your workouts in a fitness log.
